When we are talking about microwaving egg beaters, they need to already have been prepared. You cannot make scrambled eggs in the microwave, at least, it isn’t recommended.
To reheat your egg beaters simply place them in a microwave-safe dish, and lightly cover with a damp paper towel. This will ensure that they stay fluffy, without drying out and getting rubbery. Just make sure the paper towel isn’t dripping wet, and then they get soggy.
Microwave on half power for 15 seconds, fluff with a fork, then microwave for another 15 seconds. You’ll want to check them every 15 seconds because one section may be overcooking while others stay as cold as when they came out of the refrigerator.
If you bought a prepared (frozen) egg beaters dish, such as their delicious omelets, follow the packaging directions. For the most part, you will be removing the omelet from the packaging, and placing on a microwave safe plate. Then, they want you to microwave it for 45 seconds on one side, flip, then another minute on the other.
As always, each microwave is different, so use your nose and good discretion to tell when something is warmed all the way through.

I prepare my eggbeaters in the microwave every day. I put 1/3 to 1/2 cup of eggbeaters in a ceramic bowl, add some fresh spinach, canned mushrooms, chopped onion, maybe some pre-cooked diced turkey sausage. Then I cover the bowl with press and seal plastic wrap, leaving a vent, and microwave it for 1 min 30 seconds. Then I take it out mix all the stuff up, and put it back for another minute. Egg whites work too. It’s not exactly light and fluffy, but it’s a pretty quick, tasty, healthy breakfast.
